FUNCTIEOMSCHRIJVING


The Customer Service department serves all European customers and prospective customers by handling all enquiries and complaints for the entire range of Mercedes-Benz and smart vehicles. All enquiries and complaints are handled by telephone, mail, fax or e-mail.  Customer Service is responsible for after-sales service issues, technical and product topics and general company related inquiries. Native Spanish speaker, both written and spoken Excellent knowledge of Spanish culture  Good knowledge of English (company language) Working experience in call center environment and customer care is a must Strong focus and good understanding of customer satisfaction Ability to prioritize, analyze, plan and coordinate on high volume.
