You’ll support customers across European markets with general enquiries, vehicle recall campaigns and after-sales cases, managing each request from first contact through to resolution. The position operates Monday to Saturday, 07:00–22:00, giving you your weekends free.
Your Role
- Handle customer enquiries and provide clear, professional assistance
- Manage customer cases from initial contact through to resolution
- Provide information and guidance regarding vehicle recalls and after-sales services
- Accurately update customer and case information in internal systems
- Ensure every interaction delivers a positive customer experience
- Meet established service and quality standards
Your Qualifications
- Native/C2 Dutch or Flemish
- English B2/C1 or above
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused and solution-oriented approach
- Good computer literacy
- Previous experience in customer service or a contact centre is an advantage
